We are currently accepting new clients. We ask that a $70 retainer fee is paid at the time of scheduling, either over the phone or in the office. The retainer fee is the cost of an exam and will go towards your visit for that day. This ensures your spot in the schedule with Dr. Kern.

If you would like to cancel your appointment and request a refund, then this needs to be done within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

All appointments need to be made over the phone or in person.
Be prepared with the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Your email
• Your mailing address
• Your phone number
• Your pet’s name
• Your pet’s DOB
• Your pet’s gender and if they are spayed/neutered
• Your pet’s color
• Your pet’s breed
• Your pet’s medical records/ Most recent clinic that they have been seen at
